Chili Rice Crackers Help!!! Picky Eater!?

Help!!! Picky Eater!? - chili rice crackers

My son is 20 months and that if you find something to eat, you eat, decided to stop. Main dish for most of the items that passed through chili, rice, pasta of different kinds, vegetables, oatmeal, grits, waffles, sandwiches and chicken niuggets. He will eat fruit, biscuits, rice, cakes and biscuits.

Does anyone have any ideas for me what I should try something else?

Oh, and who is lactose intolerant.

Thank you!

It seems that the crispy texture differ slightly, so that what you have to pay. But in any case, away from so many crackers, cookies, rice cakes stay ... not too much and refuse to eat. I have a child to eat in my class of 3 years only cheetohs, chocolate biscuits and Ritz crackers for every meal.

Of course I will eat fruit and biscuits! Kid is not stupid, they go straight to the good stuff:)

They have only one option: stabilize. One child did not die of hunger, so it is up to you to take the bull by the horns and start of the food that you (and, yes, every doctor wants to eat) than to offer a growing child safe and healthy. And, inevitably, begins with the vegetables (first green), so if he eats meat / protein, cheese, then things sugary fruit or orange vegetables.

*- * Please note that you do not know what good for him. Please start offers the only option (diet or not) and then finishes the last word too much. My mother had a rule in our house if we do not make late dinner (if appropriate portions, gourmet and healthy), we had to eat for breakfast, cold the next day. This seems to be difficult - but it did not. And I'm not picky:)

Good luck, have power! It may take some time, but your child learn to thas is the control and in no way going to starve. :)
